A Guided Body Scan Meditation Using Virtual Reality: A Phenomenological Exploration of Males’ Personnel Experiences of Positive Affect

 

This study investigates the impact of virtual reality-assisted body scan meditation on the mental health and well-being of men. The research explores how immersive VR experiences can serve as innovative mindfulness tools to help participants manage stress, improve focus, and enhance resilience in challenging environments. Participants will engage in a one-on-one guided body scan meditation session in virtual reality, with the aim of developing effective stress management protocols that can be adapted to high-stress contexts.
